Application requirements: No restrictions on educational background, gender, nationality, or experience. Age must be under 60 (negotiable).
Inexperienced and experienced drivers, as well as drivers with a Class 2 driver's license are all welcome. *Inexperienced drivers must have held a Class 1 driver's license for at least 3 years (AT-only licenses are also acceptable).

Working style
Day shift: 23 days per month
The working hours are mainly during the daytime hours from 8:00 to 17:00.
Working during daylight hours allows you to drive more safely and securely.
It is also recommended for female drivers.

Night/Day shift: 23 days per month
This shift involves working only at night, from 18:00 to 3:00 the following morning.
Demand for taxis increases at night. Especially late at night, there is no public transportation available, and many people travel long distances by taxi.
There is also a night shift premium, making this the type of work that is most likely to result in a high salary.
Although it is night work, the rhythm is constant, so the physical strain is less than with mixed day and night shift work.

From inexperienced to professional driver
We provide the two types of licenses required for taxi drivers. From training to acquiring business knowledge and skills,
We support you with a comprehensive training system.
Steps from joining the company to starting work
STEP 1. Obtain a Class 2 license (about 4 weeks)
Enroll in a driving school and obtain a Class 2 driver's license.
*The company will cover all costs associated with obtaining a license!
STEP 2. Obtain a driver's license (2 days)
You will receive a driver's license after taking a two-day course and effectiveness test at the Fukuoka City Taxi Association.
STEP 3. In-house training (about 10 days)
Candidates will take an aptitude test (one day) and undergo practical training within the company.
Instructors and experienced drivers will be on-board to provide instruction, so you can acquire the necessary knowledge and skills with peace of mind.
STEP 4. Start!!
It's finally time for my debut as a taxi driver.
We will provide you with careful support even after you start working, so that you can steadily improve your skills.
